5 使用方法 Method of Use（核心步骤摘要）

无菌最大化屏障防护，选定穿刺部位（颈内 / 锁骨下 / 股静脉），局部麻醉。
穿刺针连接导引注射器进行静脉穿刺，回抽见血确认入静脉。
移除注射器，经穿刺针置入 J 头导丝，保留导丝，撤出穿刺针。
沿导丝做皮肤小切口，组织扩张器沿导丝扩张皮下及血管入口。
将双腔导管沿导丝推送置入目标中心静脉位置，撤出导丝。
X 线确认导管尖端位置到位；缝合翼将导管缝合固定于皮肤。
各管腔抽回血确认通畅，肝素盐水封管，连接透析 / 输液管路。
治疗结束规范封管；达到留置时限或出现并发症时拔除导管。
仅由受过中心静脉置管正规培训医师操作。

Perｆorm maximal‑barrier sterile precaution; select puncture site (IJV / subclavian / femoral vein), administer local anesthesia.
Puncture vein with introducer needle attached to introducing syringe; confirm venous position by blood aspiration.
Remove syringe, advance J‑tip guidewire through needle; retain guidewire and withdraw puncture needle.
Make small skin incision over guidewire; dilate subcutaneous tissue and vessel entry with tissue dilator over guidewire.
Advance double‑lumen catheter over guidewire into target central‑vein position, then remove guidewire.
Verify catheter‑tip position under fluoroscopy; secure catheter to skin with suture wing and sutures.
Aspirate each lumen to confirm patency; lock lumens with heparinized saline, connect to dialysis / infusion circuit.
Perｆorm standardized lumen‑locking after therapy; remove catheter at end of permitted dwell time or upon complication occurrence.

8 注意事项 Cautions & Warnings

一次性使用，严禁重复使用；重复使用会带来感染、断裂风险。
留置时间严禁超过 30 天，超期会显著升高感染、血栓风险。
置管操作必须严格执行无菌最大化屏障防护。
警惕并发症：气胸、血胸、血管损伤、空气栓塞、导管相关血流感染、深静脉血栓、导管扭折 / 断裂。
每次使用前回抽确认管腔回血通畅；禁止暴力推注。
抗菌涂层仅降低感染风险，不能完全消除感染，仍需执行导管维护规范。
股静脉置管感染风险更高，优先考虑颈内静脉。
MR 条件安全，需遵从原厂 MR 条件参数。
包装破损、灭菌失效禁止使用。
