该产品可允许从静脉进入中心血液循环，以此实现快速输液、临时或急性血液透析、血液成分分离和血液净化。这种导管可插入颈静脉、锁骨下静脉或股静脉内。
1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文： 套件采用 Seldinger 经皮穿刺技术，将双腔不透射线聚氨酯导管置入中心静脉；双腔相互独立，一腔引出血液（动脉腔）、一腔回输净化后血液（静脉腔），建立中心血管通路，实现体外血液循环；导管外表面搭载 Arrowg+ard Blue 抗菌涂层，降低导管相关血流感染风险。

Two independent lumens: one for blood withdrawal (arterial lumen), another for returning purified blood (venous lumen), establishing central vascular access for extracorporeal blood circulation. 5、使用方法 Instructions for Use（核心步骤摘要）

核对包装完好、灭菌有效期，确认型号无误；本产品仅供经皮 Seldinger 技术置管；
选择置管静脉（颈内静脉 / 锁骨下静脉 / 股静脉），执行标准无菌最大屏障防护；
穿刺针穿刺目标静脉，回抽见血确认在血管内；置入弹簧导丝，撤出穿刺针；
手术刀做皮肤小切口，组织扩张器沿导丝扩张皮下及血管入口，撤出扩张器；
将双腔导管沿导丝送入中心静脉，调整至合适深度；撤出导丝；
两腔分别回抽见血，生理盐水冲洗管腔；缝合翼固定导管于皮肤；安装防尘帽；
影像学确认导管尖端位置到位后，方可用于透析 / 输液；
使用后按临床规范冲管封管；留置不超过 30 天；到期需拔除；
一次性使用，严禁重复灭菌复用。

Select access vein (internal jugular / subclavian / femoral vein), apply full sterile maximal barrier precaution.
Puncture target vein with introducer needle; confirm intravascular position by blood aspiration. Insert spring guidewire, remove needle.
Make small skin incision with scalpel; dilate subcutaneous tissue and vessel entry with tissue dilator over guidewire; remove dilator.
Advance dual‑lumen catheter over guidewire into central vein to proper depth; withdraw guidewire.
Aspirate blood from both lumens; flush lumens with normal saline; secure catheter to skin with suture wings; fit dust caps.
Confirm catheter tip position by imaging prior to hemodialysis / infusion use.
Perｆorm standardized lumen flushing and locking after use. Dwell time shall not exceed 30 days; remove catheter at end of indication.
Single‑use only. Do not re‑sterilize or reuse.

7、禁忌症 Contraindications

目标置管静脉血栓形成、血管闭塞；
穿刺局部皮肤感染、烧伤、破损；
不用于超过 30 天长期透析通路；
严重凝血功能障碍，穿刺出血风险不可控；
血管解剖畸形无法安全穿刺置管。

8、注意事项 Warnings & Precautions

受过中心静脉置管专业培训医师操作；严格无菌操作，落实最大无菌屏障；
包装破损、潮湿、过期禁止使用；一次性，严禁复用、重复灭菌；
置管全程警惕并发症：气胸、血胸、血管损伤、出血、空气栓塞、心律失常、导管异位；推荐置管后影像学确认导管尖端位置；
抗菌涂层仅降低感染风险，不能完全消除感染，仍需执行导管维护集束化方案；
留置时间不超过 30 天，超时必须拔除；
操作时保护导丝，防止导丝脱落、误入血管；
管路夹必须保持完好；透析、输液前确认管路通畅；
导管不可用于高压造影注射；
出现发热、穿刺处红肿渗液、血流不足、血栓迹象及时评估处理；
MR 条件安全，遵循原厂 MR 相关说明；
废弃按照医疗感染性废物处置。

Only operated by physicians with ｆormal central venous catheter insertion training. Strict aseptic technique with maximal sterile barrier precautions.
Do not use if package is damaged, damp or expired. Single‑use only; re‑use and re‑sterilization are prohibited.
Be alert for complications: pneumothorax, hemothorax, vessel injury, hemorrhage, air embolism, arrhythmia, catheter malposition. Imaging confirmation of catheter tip after placement is recommended.
Antimicrobial coating reduces but cannot eliminate infection risk; catheter bundle maintenance protocol shall still be followed.
Dwell time shall not exceed 30 days; catheter must be removed beyond this period.
Secure guidewire during whole procedure to prevent guidewire loss into vessel.
Keep extension clamps functional; confirm patency prior to hemodialysis or infusion.
Catheter shall NOT be used for high‑pressure contrast media injection.
Prompt clinical evaluation for fever, local erythema/drainage, insufficient blood flow or suspected thrombosis.
MR Conditional; follow manufacturer MR guidance.
Dispose as bio‑hazard medical waste.
