1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文本机为无油往复活塞式医用空气压缩机。电机驱动无油压缩泵做往复运动，气缸容积周期性变化完成吸气、压缩、排气；吸入环境大气，经压缩泵增压后，依次经过储气罐稳压、三级空气过滤系统滤除颗粒物杂质，散热器散热降温，减压阀调节输出压力，最终输出洁净、压力稳定的医用压缩空气，为下游呼吸类医疗设备提供气源；整机无润滑油参与气体回路，避免油气污染输出气体。
EnglishThis is an oil‑free reciprocating piston‑type medical air compressor. The motor drives the oil‑free compression pump for reciprocating motion. Periodic change of cylinder volume realizes air suction, compression and exhaust. Ambient air is drawn in, pressurized by compression pump, then stabilized by air tank, filtered for particulate contaminants via three‑stage filtration system, cooled by radiator, and regulated by pressure‑reducing valve. Clean, stable‑pressure medical compressed air is delivered to downstream respiratory medical devices. No lubricating oil enters the gas circuit to prevent oil contamination of output gas。

5、使用方法 Operation Method

放置：设备水平放置，脚轮锁止，四周预留通风散热空间；
连接：将医用低压空气软管一端接本机出气口，另一端连接呼吸机 / 空氧混合器 / CPAP 等下游设备；
通电：确认电源匹配，接通市电；
开机：按下电源开关，压缩机启动，观察压力表，待罐内压力上升；
参数调节：旋转减压阀旋钮，将输出压力调至下游设备说明书规定的工作压力；
运行确认：确认下游设备供气正常，方可用于患者临床；
排水：停机状态，定期操作排水过滤器，排出冷凝积水；
关机：先关闭下游医疗设备，再关闭本机电源开关；长期不用断开市电。

8、注意事项 Precautions

仅在医疗机构内由经过培训的医护人员操作；
必须使用原厂配套低压软管，不可使用非认证管路；
设备必须水平摆放，进风口不得堵塞，保证散热通风；
定期检查、更换各级过滤滤芯；滤芯超期会降低输出气体洁净度；
定期排放冷凝水，防止管路积水反流进入下游患者通气设备；
严禁在易燃、易爆、腐蚀性气体环境下使用；
出现异响、漏气、压力异常、报警时立即停机，断开电源，联系厂家维修，禁止自行拆机维修；
不允许在设备上淋水，避免液体进入主机内部造成电气故障；
下游医疗设备须按照其说明书完成整机校验，整套系统确认合格后用于患者；
AC‑200A 无冷冻除湿，高湿环境下需关注输出气体含水量，必要时增加外接除湿装置。

Only OEM‑supplied low‑pressure hoses shall be used; non‑certified pipelines are prohibited.
Keep unit horizontal; air‑intake opening must not be blocked; maintain proper ventilation for heat dissipation.
Inspect and replace filter cartridges periodically. Expired filters degrade output‑gas cleanness.
Drain condensate water regularly to prevent accumulated water from flowing back into downstream patient ventilation equipment.
Do not operate in flammable, explosive or corrosive‑gas atmosphere.
Shut down immediately and disconnect power in case of abnormal noise, gas leakage, pressure anomaly or fault alarm. Contact manufacturer service; disallow unauthorized disassembly & repair.
Prevent water splashing onto unit; avoid liquid ingress which may cause electrical failure.
Downstream medical devices shall be calibrated per their IFU. Apply to patient only after whole‑system validation passed.
AC‑200A has no refrigeration dehumidification. Pay attention to water‑vapor content of output gas under high‑humidity ambient; add external dehumidifier if necessary.
