五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

使用前检查设备外观、水箱水位、传感器、报警功能，完成设备自检；加入无菌水至水箱规定水位；
闭合舱蓬，设置目标参数（箱温 / 肤温、湿度），充分预热婴儿舱至目标条件；
将新生儿放置床垫，固定皮肤温度传感器（肤温模式下），关闭舱门；
监护生命体征，定时记录箱温、婴儿体温；通过操作手孔执行护理操作，尽量减少舱门开启时间；
YP‑3100：需要敞开抢救时，执行模式切换，确认辐射台模式就绪，使用 APGAR/CPR 计时；抢救结束切回密闭培养模式；
婴儿生命体征稳定符合出箱条件后，逐步下调箱内温湿度，移出婴儿；
使用结束：关机，排空水箱，对舱体、床垫、水箱进行清洁消毒；定期更换过滤器。
经过专业培训的医护人员操作。
