1 工作原理 Working Principle
中文采用双波长（BM‑100A）/ 双光路双波长（BM‑200A）光反射光谱测量原理。氙闪光灯发射特定波段光线照射新生儿皮肤，一部分光被皮下胆红素吸收，一部分反射回仪器探测器；系统采集两组不同波长反射光信号，扣除皮肤黑色素、血红蛋白、真皮厚度带来的干扰，运算换算得到经皮胆红素 TcB 数值。属于光学筛查，测量值为经皮估算值，不等同于血清胆红素抽血结果。
EnglishAdopts dual‑wavelength (BM‑100A) / dual‑optical‑path dual‑wavelength (BM‑200A) reflectance spectroscopy principle. Xenon flash lamp emits specific‑band light onto neonatal skin. Part of light is absorbed by subcutaneous bilirubin while the rest reflects back to the detector. The system processes reflected signals of two wavelengths, eliminates interferences from skin melanin, hemoglobin and dermis thickness, and calculates transcutaneous bilirubin (TcB). It is non‑invasive optical screening. TcB is an estimated transcutaneous value and cannot replace serum bilirubin laboratory blood test。

5 使用方法 Operating Method

将主机放入充电基座充电，开机；每次使用前在基座检查屏上完成探头自检校验；
选择普通模式 / 简易门诊模式；按需录入护士 ID、新生儿 ID；
清理新生儿前额或胸骨测量部位：皮肤干燥、无汗液、无药膏、无黄疸光疗胶布残留；
手持仪器，探头垂直、轻柔平稳紧贴被测皮肤，保持探头垂直不倾斜；
触发测量，1‑2 秒屏幕输出单次测量值；如需提高准确性，启用 1‑5 次平均测量；
记录经皮胆红素 TcB 结果；对高风险读数，应进一步采集血清血样做实验室确认；
测量完成放回充电基座，关闭或待机；清洁探头保护窗；
禁止在光疗照射中直接测量被蓝光照射的皮肤，应遮挡光源或将患儿移出光疗环境后再测。

Place hand‑set onto charging cradle for charging and power‑on. Perｆorm probe self‑check on cradle check‑plate before use.
Select normal mode or quick outpatient mode; input nurse ID and baby ID as required.
Prepare measuring site on newborn forehead or sternum: skin shall be dry, free of sweat, ointment, phototherapy adhesive residue.
Hold device, press probe vertically and gently against skin without tilting.
Trigger measurement; single result appears within 1‑2 seconds. Enable average mode (1‑5 times) for better reliability.
Record transcutaneous bilirubin (TcB). For high‑risk readings, perｆorm confirmatory serum bilirubin blood test.
Return unit to cradle for standby / power‑off. Clean probe protective window.
Do NOT measure skin directly exposed under phototherapy blue light. Shield light source or move infant away before testing。
6 适应症 Indications

7 禁忌症 Contra‑indications

测量部位皮肤破损、烧伤、皮疹、厚痂、严重水肿、涂抹油膏药物，禁止在该部位测量；
不可用于成人、儿童（非新生儿）；
不能替代血清胆红素实验室检测；无绝对医学禁忌症，但结果受皮肤条件严重干扰时不应采信本仪器读数。

Do not measure over skin with wound, burn, rash, thick crust, severe edema or topical ointment.
Not intended for adults or non‑neonatal children.
Cannot replace laboratory serum bilirubin testing. There are no absolute medical contra‑indications. Readings shall be discarded when skin conditions severely interfere measurement.
8 注意事项 Precautions

本仪器仅作筛查工具，经皮值与血清值存在偏差；读数异常或临床高度怀疑黄疸时，必须抽血检测血清胆红素；
每次使用前务必在充电底座检查屏做探头校验；探头窗口保持洁净，勿刮擦；污染用无尘软布轻轻擦拭；
探头必须垂直贴紧皮肤，倾斜、空隙会造成错误读数；
蓝光光疗照射会干扰光学测量，需避开直射光；
肤色、水肿、瘀斑、胎脂、药膏、胎记均会影响测量结果；优先选择前额或胸骨部位；
设备为医用设备，经培训医护人员操作；不可家庭自行使用；
不要摔落、撞击主机；不要使用有机溶剂擦拭外壳；
锂电池避免深度过放；长期不使用按规范存储；
定期按厂家维护周期送检校验；光源达到寿命后及时返厂更换。

This is a screening device only. Deviation exists between transcutaneous TcB and serum bilirubin. Blood‑draw serum test is mandatory for abnormal readings or clinical suspicion of jaundice.
Always perｆorm probe verification on cradle check‑plate prior to use. Keep probe window clean and scratch‑free; wipe gently with lint‑free soft cloth if contaminated.
Probe must be perpendicular and closely attached to skin; tilt or air gap will cause false readings.
Blue‑light phototherapy interferes optical measurement; avoid direct illumination.
Skin pigmentation, edema, bruise, vernix, ointment and birthmark affect results. Prefer forehead or sternum as measuring sites.
Medical‑grade device for trained clinical staff only; not for home use.
Avoid drop or impact; do not clean housing with organic solvent.
Prevent deep discharge of Li‑ion battery; store properly for long‑term idle.
Perｆorm periodic factory calibration service; replace xenon flash lamp upon end of service life.
