一、工作原理 Working Principle

EnglishThe device generates far‑infrared radiant energy via heating elements inside the radiant housing. Non‑contact radiant heat transfers directly onto the neonate’s body surface; radiant energy is absorbed by skin and converted into heat to maintain infant thermal balance. A microprocessor executes closed‑loop PID servo‑control. Skin temperature sensors continuously measure body‑surface temperature, and the system dynamically adjusts infrared heating power against set‑point temperature. HKN‑2500 additionally adopts carbon‑fiber heated mattress for auxiliary warming. Built‑in blue‑LED module emits blue light of specific wavelength for phototherapy of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. 五、使用方法 Operation Instructions

安放设备，接通电源，检查电源线、接地、脚轮锁止，完成开机自检。
根据临床需求选择温控模式：
预热模式：提前预热床面；
手控模式：手动设定辐射功率（传感器故障应急）；
肤温伺服模式：将肤温探头贴于新生儿腹部皮肤，设置目标温度，设备自动调节加热输出。
需要光疗：开启黄疸光疗单元，启动光疗计时器，新生儿佩戴护眼眼罩。
调整辐射头高度与角度，辐射区域对准患儿躯体；按需调节床体倾斜角度。
HKN‑2500 选配复苏模块：连接氧源，设置 PIP、PEEP 参数，用于新生儿复苏；开启监护模块，连接监护电极与传感器。
执行抢救、护理操作；观察屏幕温度、报警信息；记录 APGAR 评分计时。
使用结束，关闭加热、光疗，断开氧源（如有），关闭整机电源，执行清洁消毒。

不可作为婴儿转运途中移动保温设备。
