一、工作原理 Working Principle

EnglishWhen powered on, the infrared radiator inside the radiant box generates infrared thermal energy, which delivers non‑contact radiant heat directly onto the neonatal body surface. The skin‑temperature sensor continuously acquires the infant’s surface temperature. According to the deviation between set‑point temperature and measured temperature, the microprocessor dynamically adjusts radiant output power via PID algorithm to maintain infant thermal balance. 五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

安放设备：将保暖台移至合适位置，锁定脚轮；接通电源。
模式选择：
预热模式：提前预热床面；
肤温（伺服）模式：粘贴皮肤温度传感器于婴儿腹部皮肤，设置目标温度，设备自动调节辐射输出；
手控模式：手动设定辐射功率，适合传感器故障或特殊抢救场景。
将新生儿放置于床垫中央，调整辐射箱角度，保证辐射热源正对婴儿躯体。
调整婴儿床倾斜角度，按需安装 / 拆卸床围挡板。
监护：持续观察婴儿状态、设备温度显示及报警信息；使用 APGAR 计时器记录新生儿评分。
使用结束，关闭加热输出，切断电源，对床体、传感器进行清洁消毒。
报警触发时优先排查故障，排除故障后方可继续使用。

皮肤温度传感器必须可靠贴敷婴儿皮肤，不可被被褥遮挡；肤温模式下不可摘除传感器；
手控模式无自动体温伺服控制，必须高频监测婴儿体表温度，防止过热灼伤；
远离窗帘、布料等易燃物品，辐射加热头高温，禁止触碰；
环境气流（窗户、风扇）会加剧婴儿散热，应避免直吹床面；
定期检查电源线、传感器线缆，破损禁止使用；
清洁前务必断电；不可将液体淋洒于控制仪与辐射箱；
报警响起应优先评估婴儿生命体征，再排查设备故障；
一次性传感器不可重复使用，复用传感器应按规范消毒；
不可擅自改装设备硬件参数，维修需由厂家授权工程师执行。

This device shall only be operated by trained clinical staff.
Skin‑temperature sensor shall be firmly attached to infant skin and shall not be covered by bedding. Do not remove sensor under Baby/Servo Mode.
Manual Mode has no automatic temperature servo‑control. Frequent infant surface‑temperature monitoring is mandatory to avoid thermal burn.
Keep away from flammable materials such as curtains. Radiant heater head reaches high temperature — no touching.
Avoid direct air flow (windows, fans) blowing onto bassinet, which increases infant heat loss.
Inspect power cord and sensor cables regularly. Do not use if damaged.
Always disconnect power before cleaning. Do not spill liquid onto controller or radiant box.
When alarm triggers, assess infant vital signs first, then troubleshoot device.
Disposable sensors are single‑use only. Reusable sensors must be disinfected per protocol.
