1 工作原理 Working Principle

5 使用方法 Operation Instructions

使用前检查整机、电池电量、传感器完整性、报警功能；清洁消毒婴儿舱；
将设备放置平稳，接 AC 市电，对内置电池充分充电；转运前确认电池电量充足；
将新生儿置于床垫，固定约束，连接皮肤温度传感器至新生儿皮肤；
设置控温模式（空气模式或肤温模式），设定目标温度；设置目标湿度；
需要供氧时连接中心供氧或氧气瓶至供氧接口；
转运时断开交流电源，设备自动切换至内置电池或车载 DC 供电；观察各项参数及报警；
根据临床需求调节床垫倾斜角度；通过手孔完成护理操作；
TI‑5000A 用于磁共振检查：必须移除全部磁性配件，严格按照原厂 MR 操作流程，仅用于 1.5T 场强环境；

Pre‑use inspection: main unit, battery level, sensor integrity and alarm function. Clean and disinfect infant compartment.
Place unit stably, connect AC mains to fully charge built‑in battery. Confirm sufficient battery capacity before transport.
Place neonate on bassinet, secure restraint, attach skin temperature sensor to infant skin.
Select temperature‑control mode (Air / Skin), set target temperature and target humidity.
If oxygen is required, connect central oxygen source or oxygen cylinder to oxygen inlet.
Disconnect AC power before transport; unit automatically switches to built‑in battery or vehicle DC. Continuously monitor parameters and alarms.
Adjust bassinet tilt angle clinically required; perｆorm nursing via hand access ports.
For MR procedure (TI‑5000A only): remove all magnetic accessories, strictly follow original MR workflow, only apply under 1.5T MR field strength.
After use: power off, detach sensors, clean‑disinfect‑dry the whole unit, recharge for standby use。

7 禁忌症 Contraindications

体重＞4.5 kg 或身长＞55 cm 新生儿不适用本设备；
TI‑5000 不可进入磁共振扫描室；
无法在设备内维持基础生命体征、需要紧急外科手术抢救的危重新生儿，不建议直接使用转运培养箱作为急救载体；
设备故障、报警持续无法排除时禁止投入临床使用。

出现超温报警立即排查故障，必要时移出新生儿；
设备运行中不要随意打开舱罩，避免温度剧烈波动；
