一、工作原理 Working Principle

It builds a controllable and stable micro‑environment of temperature and humidity inside closed infant incubator cabin via heating and circulating air to maintain thermal balance for premature or sick neonates. The blue‑light unit emits specific‑wavelength blue light to convert unconjugated bilirubin into water‑soluble ｍmbedbolites for excretion. YP‑500 integrates Masimo SpO₂ module to realize non‑invasive continuous measurement of arterial oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate by photoplethysmography; built‑in weighing module supports infant weight measurement。

五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

安放设备，锁紧脚轮，确认供电接地完好，检查设备外观、舱体密封、传感器完好。
加水至加湿水箱规定水位，不要超量；接通电源开机，设备执行开机自检。
设置目标箱内温度、湿度；放置皮肤温度传感器（如需肤温模式）；待舱内温湿度达到设定值后，将新生儿置入婴儿舱。
需要光疗：开启光疗单元，设置光疗时长与辐照强度，遮盖新生儿眼睛与会阴部。
YP‑500：粘贴血氧传感器于新生儿肢体，确认连接；需要称重时执行称重校准，完成体重测量。
护理操作通过侧操作窗口进行；可调节床倾斜角度；密切监护设备报警与新生儿生命体征。
使用结束，关闭光疗、关闭电源；排空加湿水箱；执行清洁消毒流程。
移动设备前，断开电源，锁闭舱门，释放脚轮刹车。
