五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

使用前检查整机外观、舱罩密封性、推车锁止、电池电量，确认无损坏；完成设备自检。
根据转运场景选择供电方式：优先接 AC 市电；救护车转运切换 DC 车载供电；无外接电源启用内置电池。
闭合舱罩，设置目标温度，预热培养箱至目标温度稳定。
将新生儿放置床垫，固定约束带；连接肤温探头贴于婴儿腹部皮肤；TI‑3000 可连接血氧探头。关闭舱罩。
选择控温模式（空气模式 / 婴儿肤温模式）；按需接入氧气。
通过操作窗口完成给药、吸痰等护理，尽量减少开启舱罩时间，避免热量流失。
转运前锁定推车刹车；转运过程持续观察各项参数与报警信息。
转运结束，移出患儿；断电，对舱体、床垫、操作部件完成清洁消毒。
仅可由经专业培训的医护人员操作使用。

Place neonate on mattress and fasten restraint strap. Attach skin‑temperature probe to infant abdomen. Connect SpO₂ probe for TI‑3000. Close hood.
Select control mode (Air Mode / Baby Skin‑temp Mode); supply oxygen as clinical requirement.
Perｆorm nursing (medication, suction etc.) via side portholes. Minimize hood‑opening duration to prevent heat loss.
Lock trolley brake before transport. Continuously monitor parameters and alarms during transfer.
After transport: remove patient, power‑off, clean and disinfect hood, mattress and accessories.

八、注意事项 Precautions

设备医疗机构、经培训合格医护人员操作；严禁非专业人员操作。
转运途中优先保证供电充足；电池为转运备用，条件允许尽量使用外接电源。
打开舱罩会造成箱内温度快速下降，护理尽量使用侧操作窗口。
定期检查温度探头、氧气管路无弯折挤压；传感器不得受压、被敷料覆盖。
床垫、舱罩应按院感规范定期清洁消毒，不可使用腐蚀性强消毒剂。
出现声光报警时优先排查报警原因；不可屏蔽、关闭安全报警。
转运时必须锁止推车，使用婴儿约束带固定患儿，防止颠簸造成伤害。
不要在设备内使用明火、高温热源。
设备故障应停止使用，联系厂家维修，禁止自行拆解维修。
电磁环境会干扰设备，远离大功率射频设备。
