5 使用方法 Operating Instructions

根据婴儿头围选择合适型号头罩；检查外观无裂纹、破损、毛刺，部件完整。
将氧气软管接至头罩氧气输入端，氧气必须经过湿化。
YZ‑160：将婴儿头部置于头罩颈部开口处；旋转露孔转盘调节开孔大小，设置目标空氧配比。 YZ‑300：放置婴儿头部于盔内，硅橡胶帘片贴合颈部；调节导气阀；必要时打开侧门进行护理。
开启氧源，调节氧气流量；监测患儿血氧饱和度，根据 SpO₂调整流量与开孔。
护理操作：YZ‑300 可直接滑动侧门；YZ‑160 如需操作，小心移开头罩。
使用结束，关闭氧气，断开管路，拆卸各部件进行清洁、消毒，晾干存放。

8 注意事项 Precautions

本头罩不含氧浓度监测装置，必须外接血氧监测，定期检测罩内氧浓度。
输入氧气必须充分湿化，避免气道干燥损伤。
严禁在富氧环境下明火、电火花，防范火灾爆炸风险。
保证足够氧气流量，保障 CO₂排出，防止二氧化碳潴留。
定期检查罩内温度，防止过热；不可直接对婴儿喷射高速气流。
使用前检查部件无裂纹老化；消毒遵循医用消毒规范，禁止高温高压破坏 PC 材质。
选择合适规格，不可强行挤压婴儿头部；颈部帘片不可过度压紧，防止压迫损伤。
由经培训医护人员操作；不可作为呼吸机、CPAP 替代设备。
防止管路弯折、脱落，造成供氧中断。
