一、工作原理 Principle of Operation
中文设备模拟母体子宫微环境，采用微电脑 PID 伺服控制系统，分为箱温模式（空气模式）、肤温模式（婴儿模式）两种控温逻辑。
箱温模式：空气传感器采集舱内空气温度，控制加热器输出，循环风机驱动加热空气在双层恒温罩舱内循环，维持舱内空气恒定温度。
肤温模式：皮肤温度传感器贴于新生儿腹部，采集婴儿体表温度作为反馈信号，系统自动调节加热功率维持婴儿目标皮肤温度。
加湿系统（YP‑920/930/800）：水箱水汽蒸发对循环空气加湿，降低新生儿不显性失水。
氧气输入接口可接入医用氧气，调节舱内氧浓度。

五、使用方法 Operating Instructions

安放设备于平整稳固地面，远离直射阳光、暖气出风口，接好电源；加湿机型加注无菌蒸馏水至水箱。
检查设备外观、传感器、舱门密封圈完好，执行开机自检。
选择控温模式：箱温模式，设置目标舱温；肤温模式，将皮肤传感器正确贴在新生儿腹部皮肤，固定牢固，设置目标肤温。
YP‑920/930/800：设置目标湿度；需要氧疗时连接医用氧气，调节供氧流量。
YP‑800：按需开启光疗，设置光疗计时；连接血氧探头；使用称重功能完成体重测量。
将新生儿放入舱内，关闭恒温罩；通过操作窗口完成护理操作，尽量减少大罩开启频次，避免热量大量散失。
持续观察显示屏参数，关注报警提示，根据新生儿临床状态调整设置。
使用结束，关闭加热、加湿、光疗，断开电源，执行清洁消毒流程。
重要：皮肤传感器不可压于新生儿身体下方，避免局部烫伤风险。
English Operating Instructions
Place incubator on flat stable ground, away from direct sunlight and heating vents. Connect mains power. For humidified models, fill water reservoir with sterile distilled water.
Inspect unit, sensors and hood seal; perｆorm power‑on self‑test.
Select control mode: Air Mode, set target cabin temperature. Baby(Skin‑servo) Mode: attach skin probe properly on neonate abdomen, secure firmly, set target skin temperature.
YP‑920/930/800: set target humidity. If oxygen therapy required, connect medical oxygen source and adjust flow rate.
YP‑800: activate phototherapy as needed, configure timer; attach SpO₂ sensor; operate weighing function to measure infant weight.
Place neonate inside cabin; close hood. Perｆorm care via access portholes; minimize full‑hood opening to prevent excessive heat loss.
Continuously monitor displayed parameters and alarm events; adjust settings according to infant clinical condition.
Upon completion, turn off heater, humidifier and phototherapy; disconnect power supply, carry out cleaning and disinfection procedure.
Important: Do not trap skin probe underneath infant body to avoid local thermal injury.

七、禁忌症 Contra‑indications
中文无绝对禁忌症。本设备仅为生命支持保育设备，不能替代呼吸机、抢救设备。
无法维持气道开放、需要紧急抢救复苏的新生儿，优先实施复苏抢救，不宜直接置入本设备。
皮肤大面积破损、严重皮肤灼伤，皮肤传感器无法安全粘贴，不建议使用肤温伺服模式，改用箱温模式。
注意：设备不能用于已死亡新生儿。

Neonate requiring immediate emergency resuscitation with compromised airway shall receive resuscitation first, not placed into incubator directly.

八、注意事项 Warnings & Precautions

必须由经培训合格的医护人员操作使用，严格遵循原厂说明书。
水箱仅可使用无菌蒸馏水，禁止自来水；定期换水，防止微生物滋生。
皮肤温度传感器避免受压，防止局部烫伤；传感器不可接触消毒剂浸泡腐蚀。
勿用酒精、强有机溶剂擦拭有机玻璃恒温罩，避免材质开裂老化；避免紫外线长时间直射罩体。
报警发生后，必须时间排查故障原因，排除故障后方可继续使用。
设备必须可靠接地；避免电源中断，建议配置 UPS 不间断电源。
操作尽量使用侧面操作手孔，减少大罩开启，减少热流失。
定期维护、校验传感器性能，按医院院感规范做舱内清洁消毒。
YP‑800 光疗使用时，新生儿眼睛必须佩戴专用遮光眼罩，保护视网膜。
本设备仅为辅助保育，新生儿生命体征仍需临床独立监护，不可完全依赖设备读数。
