五、使用方法 Operation Method

设备准备：连接电源，开机完成自检与自动校准；安装一次性呼吸过滤器；录入受试者信息，选择对应成人 / 儿童模式；
受试者准备：检测前 1h 禁止吸烟、剧烈运动；3h 避免特殊饮食；静坐休息；
采样：受试者含紧过滤器不漏气，经仪器过滤后的空气深吸气，按屏幕提示匀速稳定呼气，保持呼气流量在合格区间，完成规定呼气时长；
仪器自动采集分析，显示一氧化氮检测结果；
保存、打印或导出报告；更换一次性滤器，完成检测；
离线采样模式：使用离线采样器采集呼出气，再上机分析样本气体。

口鼻面部严重损伤，无法密封含住呼吸过滤器者；
严重呼吸困难、不能完成规定呼气流程患者。
本设备无绝对禁忌症，仅为操作不适用人群，检测结果不能单独作为确诊依据。

Patients with severe orofacial injury who cannot seal around breathing filter;
Patients with severe dyspnea unable to finish required expiratory procedure.
