五、使用方法（Usage Instructions）

1. 术前准备
核对型号、有效期、包装完整性，无菌操作。
评估：鼻咽部、凝血功能、胃排空、禁忌证。
患者：仰卧 / 半卧位，清洁鼻腔，局麻 / 润滑。
测量置管深度：鼻尖 - 耳垂 - 剑突 + 20-25cm（确保至空肠）。
2. 置管操作
导丝置入管腔，润滑管身。
经鼻腔缓慢插入，至50-60cm（胃部），注气听气过水声。
继续推进至标记深度（约 85-100cm），X 线确认尖端在空肠。
拔出导丝，冲洗三腔（30ml 生理盐水）。
双重固定：鼻翼 + 面颊，防移位 / 脱出。
3. 临床使用
喂养腔：连接营养泵，床头抬高 30-45°，恒温（38-40℃），匀速输注。
减压腔：连接低负压吸引器（-3~-5kPa），持续引流。
调节腔：减压时打开平衡压力，非减压时关闭。
冲管：前后 / 每 4 小时 / 给药前后用 20-30ml 温水脉冲冲洗。
4. 日常维护
每日口腔护理 2 次，清洁鼻腔。
