The Soxhlet Fat Analyzer is a fully automated fat extraction system based on the classicalSoxhlet principle (or equivalent extraction methodology). It is designed for accurate, reproducible determination of fat content in a wide range of samples, with efficient solvent recovery and high operational safety.
