冷水机是一款可以持续提供恒温、恒流、低温的循环冷却水机组，它提供的冷却水可以使发热设备保持在一个正常的工作温度，持续正常的运转工作。
冷水机使用操作也比较简单，其背面分出水口（提供低温冷却水）和进水口（冷却发热设备后产生的热水）；这样冷水机的出水口连接发热设备的进水口，而冷水机进水口则与发热设备的出水口连接即可，这样就可以不断循环工作，还不浪费水资源。
工作原理
制冷工质（即制冷剂）在蒸发器内吸收被冷却物的热量并汽化成蒸汽，压缩机不断地将产生的蒸汽从蒸发器中抽出，并进行压缩，经压缩后的高温、高压蒸汽被送到冷凝器后向冷却介质（如水、空气等）放热冷凝成高压液体，在经节流机构降压后进入蒸发器，再次汽化吸收被冷却物体的热量，如此周而复始地循环。制热时，制冷剂通过四通阀改变制冷剂流动方向，制冷剂流动方向与制冷时刚好相反，制冷剂先经过蒸发器，再回到冷凝器，后回到压缩机。
制冷剂循环系统：
1、蒸发器中的液态制冷剂吸收水中的热量并开始蒸发，终制冷剂与水之间形成一定的温度差，液态制冷剂亦完全蒸发变为气态后被压缩机吸入并压缩（压力和温度增加），气态制冷剂通过冷凝器（风冷/水冷）吸收热量，凝结成液体，通过热力膨胀阀（或毛细管）节流后变成低温低冷剂进入蒸发器，完成制冷剂循环过程。
2、压缩机采用知名品牌、法国百福马或日本三洋涡旋、压缩机，稳定、高效了设备长期可靠的运转。封闭式的压缩机，较开式压缩机具有密封性能高，在长期的运行过程中，绝无冷冻机油和冷媒泄漏。
3、冷凝器采用高效翅片式的设计，蒸发器采用高效内螺纹铜管水箱盘管式设计，能有效提高热效果，清洗也方便。
4、水泵精选南方不锈钢大流量高扬程水泵，使用安全超静，省电耐用。机体外壳用静电粉体涂料烤漆，美观大方。装有不锈钢水箱，清洗方便快捷。水箱内含有浮球自动补水装置，可用来测量并控制水位，从而有效地为客户节省时间并提高工作效率。
5、机组制冷部件和电控元器件均选用知名品牌，如美国ALCO，意大利ARRON、SIEMENS、法国SCHNEIDER等公司的产品与之配套，使整机的运行更安全，性能更可靠，运行故障率更低。
