由于受生产工艺和市场产量等因素影响，冷冻水需求量变化一般都非常大，在这种情况下设计一套有针对性的冷冻水循环系统就至关重要。
常规的冷冻水循环系统是经冷水机组制冷后送到生产用水点，之后再回到冷水机组制冷完成系统闭式循环，但是当系统用水量变化大时，这个系统会导致冷水机组不能正常运行。多年工业项目服务经验积累，我们设计了针对冷冻水需求量变化大这一特点的。
在双循环系统中，配置了一个蓄水的冷冻水箱，水箱分隔成高、低温区，系统分为外循环系统和内循环系统。
外循环系统主要包含用水点、工艺冷冻水输送泵、冷冻水箱，工艺输送泵从冷冻水箱低温区抽水送到用水点，对其冷却后再回到水箱高温区。其中工艺输送泵采用自动控制，运行更加安全、节能。内循环系统主要包括冷冻水箱、冷冻泵、冷水机组，冷冻泵从水箱高温区抽水经冷水机组制冷后回到蓄水箱低温区。
运用这套冷水机组，进入冷水机组的水流量不受生产冷冻水量变化大影响，而且水箱具有一定的蓄冷功能，有效解决了冷水机组频繁启动、机组不能正常运行的问题。不仅系统能运行安全、可靠，而且节能效果也非常好，循环泵从水箱高温区抽水至冷水机组制冷，完成后输送至蓄水箱低温区，这样冷水机组运行效率提升，更好地满足生产用水量变化。
