无论是哪一种的植物油，都要经过油料的预处理、毛油的制取，以及使用压榨法或浸出法对毛油进行精炼、制成成品油，食用油在制成成品油后要用灌装机进行灌装。
浓香花生油两个关键就是炒籽和冷滤，炒籽工序一般采用滚筒炒籽机，直接火作热源，炒籽时间为30～40分钟，炒籽温度达180℃以上，要求炒籽均匀，不焦不糊，不夹生，掌握合适的炒籽。炒籽后要迅速冷却，并去除脱落的花生红衣。
现有的食用油灌装装置在灌装油的过程中，需要对油进行冷却才能够进行灌装，但是现有的灌装冷却机构，冷却效果不是很好，无法高效的对灌装油进行冷却。
冷滤工序一般要采用冷却油罐，将其在搅拌下缓慢冷却20℃左右，然后将其油脂打入板框滤油机进行粗过滤。冷却的温度要求在20度以下，在冬季可采用循环水池的冷水，但要保证冷却水的清洁，以免冷却油罐中换热盘管的结垢和堵塞。夏天温度较高时需要用冷冻机组提供低温冷却水作为冷却介质对油脂进行冷却。
冷却机(冷水机）介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀和蒸发器四大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列开机后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
