CNC加工中心在生产过程中，产生大量的热量，需要油冷机对CNC加工中心主轴进行冷却，从而达到有效持续的工作效果。
主要用途：
1、防止机床热变形、防止机床主轴中心发生偏移、防止油质的氧化蒸发。
2、稳定油压、防止油震、提高机床的加工精度、提高机床设备的使用效率。
3、延长机床设备、刀具及相关配件的使用寿命、保证油温在正常的工作范围内、减小机械动作的工作误差、减少设备的维修费用。
4、适用于各类数控齿轮加工机床、锻压设备、液压设备及其它数控通用机床设备。

风冷式冷油机介绍：
风冷式冷油机组都可以用在小系统上，大机组绝大部分都是水冷的。水冷初投资就主机而言,是比风冷的少一点.但加上冷却塔冷却水泵等,也少不到什么地方去!再说就长年运行来说,油冷机组的制冷效率相对会下降，风冷不会。
风冷式冷油机组采用空气冷却方式给压缩机散热，省去了冷却水系统冷却塔、冷却水泵和管道系统，避免水质过差地区造成冷凝器结垢、水管堵塞，还节约了水资源，保养维修实惠、简单的机种。
风冷式冷油机组比水冷式冷油机组一次性投资要稍高，但是全年运转费用要低于水冷式冷油机组。
风冷式冷油机组的噪音和体积较水冷的大，只能安装在室外。水冷机组大多安装在地下室内。
风冷式冷油机的产品特点:
1、机组压缩机选用涡旋式全密闭压缩机及电控元件，配备换热高效优质铜管制作的冷凝器及蒸发器;
