在机械制造加工作业中，常见工件金属表面因摩擦生热而粘连结在一起，例如机床车削加工件等，通过这些粘连。焊结现象分析，可以来了解摩擦焊的实质，摩擦焊就是利用工件接触面摩擦产生的摩擦热和塑形变形热，使其界面附近区域温度上升到接近但低于熔点温度区域间，使工件在压力作用下产生塑性及流动，通过界面分子扩散和再结品而实现焊接方法
实际生产中常见的有连续驱动摩擦焊、储能式摩擦焊、相位控制摩擦焊、惯性摩擦焊、轨道摩擦焊和搅拌摩擦焊等。其中连续驱动摩擦焊、储能式摩擦焊、相位控制摩擦焊、惯性摩擦焊、轨道摩擦焊是依靠焊件间的相对摩擦运动产生热能的，这些统称为传统摩擦焊。搅拌摩擦焊、嵌入摩擦焊、第三体摩擦焊和摩擦焊是靠搅拌头与焊件之间的相对摩擦运动产生的热量实现的焊接。

油冷机介绍
冷油机组采用先进的微电脑智能化控制系统，准确控制工业生产过程所需的各种温度（10℃～35℃）。不仅调控温度全面实现人机界面功能且保证机组控温精度高达±1℃。对于其他温度范围可按要求定制。
1、制冷压缩机选用欧美日优质品牌压缩机，内置安全保护、低噪音、省电耐用。其他主要的制冷配件和控制元件均采用品牌配件，不仅保证机组性能的充分发挥，同时确保机组具有较长的使用寿命。
2、配有精密电子温度控制器，准确控制油温（或其他介质），常规温度范围10～35℃，控制精度±1℃
3、机组采用高低压控制保护器。
4、选优质油泵，膨胀阀（毛细管）、干燥过滤器等部件匀采用美国艾默生品牌，稳定耐用。
5、内置压缩机超负载保护、冷油泵超负载保护、系统高低压力异常保护、开机延时保护、逆相、缺相、过欠压保护等保护装置，确保机组安全可靠运行。
6、蒸发器可根据不同用途选择如（油箱盘管式、不锈钢板式、壳管式、）。
7、风冷式冷凝器采用蜂窝铝翅片串高效纹紫铜管配合高效轴流式风机，换热效果非常好。
8、静电喷涂外壳欧化设计，美观大方，外表板采用快捷拆装形式，方便使用和维护。
