生物制药原料以天然的生物材料为主，主要包括微生物、人体、动物、植物、海洋生物等材料。在生物制药域，常常需要提取药材中的有效成分，此时，简单有效的方法就是通过加热熬制的方法，将药材中的医药成分提取出来。传统的方法一般都是通过将医药原料放入一个密闭的容器中，容器中盛满液体(一般为纯净水)，然后通过加热的方法使液体沸腾，此时药材中的医药成分在加热的条件下，溶解进入沸腾的液体中，然后通过冷却液体，进而进行后续工艺提取操作，传统的冷却方法一般都是通过静置的方法，让其自然冷却。随着科学技术的飞速发展，冷却装置也得到了技术改进，但是现有技术无法有效的进行冷却，无法对原料进行均匀搅拌。
采用新型医药生产用冷气冷却装置，其结构包括壳体、支撑座、进风口、出风口、电机、控制装置、送风电机和进风管，该一种医药生产用冷却装置通过冷却管内部进行释放冷气，冷气会通过冷却管对原料进行冷却，并且通过温度感应装置进行感应内部温度，从而对冷却装置进行调整温度，从而有效快速的进行冷却，并且通过旋转电机带动搅拌装置内部搅拌杆与弓形搅拌片对原料进行搅拌，使其原料均匀搅拌降温散热。
