包装袋在我们的生活中随处可见，现有的包装袋制袋机包括上料装置、传送装置、冲孔装置、热封装置和分切装置，其工作原理是将筒状的双层塑料薄膜加工成包装袋成品。其中，热封装置是用于将双层塑料薄膜热封在一起，后再用分切装置将热封处切割，从而形成独立的包装袋，在包装袋的实际生产中，需要热封的宽度不是统一的，而现有的热封装置热封形成的区域宽度是固定的，无法调节。
电热膜在制作过程中需要将护套抽真空后封口，以保证其内部腔体处于真空密封状态。使用电热膜封口机对电热膜封口时，需要等热压处自然冷却后，才能进行下一个封口操作，冷却时间一般需要时间长，而每个电热膜需要进行3次封口，工作效率低。
单膜或复合膜为包装材料的热封口包装机，若有封口冷却功能，无一例外采用压缩机式冷气机冷却系统，此系统本身技术是成熟的，采用新型冷风机提供一种冷却迅速、可以提高料袋热封口的可靠性，降低开包率的料袋热封口快速冷却装置。

6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 5.4kw至139kw ,冷冻出风由2至30℃。
