工业机器人是面向工业域的多关节机械手或多自由度的机器装置，工业机器人在长时间的作业中会产生大量热量，如果不能及时散热将会影响工业机器人的正常运行，而现有的散热装置都是使用风扇进行吹风散热，效果不好且会到周围温度上升，不能从根源上解决问题，在吹风过程中还会导致空气快速流动，很多灰尘堆积在工业机器人内，不仅影响运行，而且使散热更加困难，为此，我们提出一种工业机器人用高温自动散热装置。
采用新型的冷风机主要目的在于提供一种工业机器人用高温自动散热装置，可以有效解决机器人工作散热的问题，其主要制冷源于空调原理方式，但是新款工业冷气机对于空调来说降温更加低，效果稳定，运用独特出风口连接出风管对准热源直接降温冷却，减少冷气扩散浪费，这一款工业冷气冷风机是本公司针对工业机械气冷降温用定做设备。
产品介绍
1、QX-AR系列风冷工业冷风机压缩机采用松下、谷轮等品牌涡漩压缩机，质量可靠、高效节能；
2、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置大风量送机（可选不锈钢扇叶风机），使用为方便；
3、外转子散热大风量轴流风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
4、多风扇设计，更能适应低温运行；在低环境温度下通过自动控制散热风扇启停，能使机组在更低的环境温度下运行，并且有更好的节能效果；
5、微电脑LED数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节出风温度及压缩机延时保护功能；选用品牌接触器、继电器等电器元件；
6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 5.4kw至139kw ,冷冻出风由2至30℃。
