高效冷风机是制冷系统中将冷量输出的设备，主要由冷却盘管和多翼离心风机组成，通过多翼离心风机的强制作用，将被冷却房间的空气通过冷风机的冷却排管组，进行强制对流换热，使空气冷却，从而达到降低室（或库）温的目的。
蒸发型冷气机就是根据这一自然现象，将大自然现象与高科技的人工蒸发制冷技术相结合，研发出的新一代空气冷风机。
在夏季炎热的环境下，空气的干／湿球湿度差别较大，所以此时的制冷效果相对较高。室外的新鲜空气经过蒸发式冷气机过滤并降温后源源不断地送入室内，并将室内带有气味、粉尘、温度较高的浑浊空气排出室外，使室内的温度得到降低，空气的含氧量和质量都相对稳定。因此，蒸发式冷气机能达到降温和换气的双重效果，为您营造一个清新舒适的生活和工作环境。
节能冷风机可广泛应用于各种不同环境和条件下的制冷工程、高低温储存库、冻结、速冻、冷却、冷藏、保鲜及空调加工间等场合。
风冷式冷风机
1、优化外型，比同类产品体积更小、功能更全、易于操作的控制面板使用更方便。
2、压缩机采用谷轮，松下，美优乐等品牌压缩机，质量可靠、高效节能；
3、配合热力膨胀阀（毛细管）、干燥过滤器、高低压力开关等制冷元件，能有效发挥压缩机的制冷性能及保护压缩机安全可靠运行；
4、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置循环冷冻送风机无需外置吸风机，使用为方便；可定做不锈钢风机壳和扇叶，有效防止生锈；
5、冷凝器采用铜管穿铝翅片，进风口设有可清洗空气过滤器，预防因冷凝器脏堵而出现的各种问题，如：压力过高，机组制冷能力下降、耗电量增加、压缩机使用寿命缩短等问题；
6、外转子大风量轴流散热风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
7、微电脑数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节出风温度及压缩机延时保护功能；
8、进口选用接触器、继电器等电器元件；配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
9、机组冷量范围由5.4kw至168kw(1,1548-12,900KCAL/H),冷冻出风温度范围由5至30℃。
