在表面封贴行业，同一条生产线上经常变更产品种类。由于不同产品的工艺参数不同，造成产品变更时设备的许多设置都需要随之更改。对于回流焊炉来说，由于炉内的结构有着严格的密封和隔热设计，当炉温需要从高温降到低温时，往往需要很长时间才能达到设定的较低温度，这种缓慢的炉温变化速度难以适应现代工业生产要求的高速和高效模式。
回流焊试验中试样过完峰温度段后需要经过一段降温区，不同的试验标准有不同的降温要求，当标准要求降温速度较慢时，我们设备自带的降温风扇是能够满足要求的，但当某些标准需要较快的降温速度时，设备原有的降温风扇就无法满足试验要求了。采用新款工业冷气冷风机提供一种回流焊的低温冷却控制装置，能够使回流焊炉膛在短时间内降低到设定温度。
冷风机介绍：
1、耐用稳定
制冷压缩机采用进口品牌全封闭压缩机，噪音小、效率高。配以高效换热紫铜管、进口制冷阀件及品牌部件，使冷风机经久耐用，运行稳定。
2、操作方便
日常操作都集中在机体控制面板上，操作一目了然。进口微电脑数显温控器，设定自如，控制准确，可提供 5~30 ℃的空气冷风。
3、高效灵活
无须配置辅助冷却塔和水泵；水冷型风冷型冷风循环机不受环境温度的影响，能持续提供稳定制冷送风。小型设备底部装有活动角轮，可随意调节设备，同时备有多组送风接口，灵活方便。
4、安全运行
除制冷压缩机自身保护装置外，还配有空气开关、热过载保护、制冷高低压保护、电源相序保护、延时控制功能及自动复位运行功能，确保冷风机安全运行。
