桥梁隧道用冷气机组是我公司根据当桥梁焊接夏天作业发展需要及高温行业工作环境情况设计的可移动式产品，该产品主要用于高速公路作业岗位，隧道作业岗位，桥梁焊接岗位，船体分段，喷沙，甲板，船体岗位焊接等工作环境恶劣温度较高的场所。
机组由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、散热风机、送风机及粗效过滤器等部件组成，压缩机选用进口丹佛斯、松下或美国谷轮品牌，冷凝器和蒸发器均采用铜管穿铝片经液压涨管处理，片距2.7～3.2mm，送风机为中压高效后倾透铺风机。
QX-ARG冷风机组－－－－-概述
QX-ARG系列冷风机组利用人工冷源（R22）将空气冷却到其露点温度下，大于饱和含湿量的水汽就会从空气中凝结折出，从而使被处理后的空气温度和含湿量都得到降低。
QX-ARG冷风机组－－－－-结构和型号表示方法
本机主由压缩机，冷凝机，排风机，蒸发器，送风机等五个主要部件组成，在出风口设有4个接口可供不同场所使用（根据使用空间确定）。
冷风机介绍：
1.免装冷却水塔，安装容易，移动方便，适合于水源缺乏免装冷却水塔场合。
2.低噪音风机马达，优良的冷却冷凝，稳定节流机构，优异的防锈处理。
3.采用欧美高性能压缩机，高EER值，噪声低，运行稳。
4.风机选用进口优质风机，并且经过科学选型，以及采用电脑选型软件，因此风机效率高，性能稳定，可保证风量和压头，风机轴承采用锂基润滑脂，常规长期运行不用添加润滑油
5.采用风冷式冷凝器，换热器采用铜管套铝翅片，铜管为等边叉排布置，铝翅片为双曲波纹形，管孔经二次翻边，通过机械涨管，是铜管和翅片紧密接触，因此具有传热好，空气阻力小，易于风冷式工业冷风机结构采用组合式钣金结构，方便维修以及内部清理，。配合优质的冷凝风扇，风量大、噪音小。
6.风冷式工业冷风机结构采用组合式钣金结构，方便维修以及内部清理，根据冷凝风扇的出风方向，科学地在钣金上冲散热孔，具有散热和美观机器的作用。
