传统酿酒制造工艺中所制造的酒经过蒸馏、冷却后产生成品酒，为了提升成品之后酒的质量及口感，需要在制造工艺中对其进行蒸馏，将液体转化为气体，再经过冷却之后将气体转化为液体，由于在冷却的过程中，蒸馏管内部需处于封闭的状态，以免其内部的温度处于热化的状态，导致内部产生的水蒸气被漏出，造成浪费。
蒸馏管的外壳处于冷却设备内部，冷却设备内部装满冷水，通过水吸热将蒸馏管内部的热量吸出，但是传统的冷却装置需要大量的水来进行冷却，冷却设备内部的水被温热之后不能及时更换水，影响酿酒的品质，且水能源被大量浪费，酿酒成本增高，且循环换水过程中需要消耗大量的水资源，不利于能源的节约。所以为了能够保证产品发酵的质量，我们也需要用到冷水机，利用压缩机制冷蒋水冷却所需温度循环降温，减少水资源浪费，冷却水温低有效的提高产量。
冷却机(冷水机）介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀和蒸发器四大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列冷水机运行工作后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
