发泡用冷水机产品概述：
发泡机，又名泡沫发生器，是一种将发泡剂达到一定浓度的水溶液制成泡沫的设备。发泡剂本身不能自动成为泡沫，必须通过发泡机的机械作用才能成为泡沫。发泡机在运行过程中会产生大量热量，使机器温度升高，温度过高会影响发泡质量，对设备也会造成损坏，因此，需要配置用冷水机来循环制冷，使机器在一定的温度范围内运行，提高生产质量。青金制冷发泡冷水机可提供发泡机正常运行所需温度标准，是机器循环制冷理想配套设备。
冷却机(冷水机）介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀（毛细管）和蒸发器四大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列开机后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
