食品冷水机适用于：饼干生产线，蛋糕、糖果、韧性饼干、酥性饼干等生产线,威化巧克力饼干机械,全自动饼干加工设备。
饼干的主要原料是小麦面粉，再添加糖类，油脂，蛋品，乳品等辅料，根据配方和生产工艺的不同，甜饼干可分为韧性饼干和酥性饼干两大类。
饼干在在制造过程中需要进行烘焙过程，而烘焙之后的饼干温度相对比较高，而直接将烘焙完成的饼干进行装袋处理的话可能会造成酥性饼干软塌，为此需要将其冷却然后进行包装，而传统的冷却装置在仅仅是利用风机对其进行冷却，在冷却的过程中冷却效果不好，甚至会在风机使用的过程中将污染物带到饼干表面造成污染，为此，我们提出一种饼干加工用冷却装置。
运用新款冷冻冰水机的目的在于提供一种夹心饼干生产用饼干成型强行制冷压缩机式冷却装置，它能够快速地对饼干半成品进行冷却成型工作，可以有效地提高装置的工作效率，风冷式冷冷水机不用冷却水塔，而且制冷机水槽里的冷却水进行循环利用，可以节约一定的水资源，还能够适应不同尺寸的饼干产线。
