恒温恒湿空调介绍
1、工业生产空间的空气相对湿度和温度控制精度同时要求较高时，可选用高精度恒温恒湿空调系列机组;
2、恒温恒湿空调系列机组的设定范围：温度为22～28C±1℃，相对湿度为50～70％±5℃；
3、确定额定风量：根据所要处理空间的换气次数和空间的体积计算单位时间的循环风量，选用恒温恒湿空调机的额定风量必须大于该循环风量；
4、确定冷、热及湿负荷：根据相关的室内外环境空气参数、新风量以及周围结构形式等条件计算所处理空间的冷、热负荷及湿负荷；
5、确定基本型号
1）当额定风量满足要求，但冷热负荷不能满足要求时，应根据冷热负荷选型
2）当额定风量满足要求，冷热负荷也满足要求时，应根据额定风量选型；
6、确定冷凝方式
1）风冷式适用于缺水干燥地区，安装使用方便、应用广泛，注意室外机周围应有1．5m以上空间
2）水冷式适用水源丰富，水质好，便于安装冷却水系统的场合，用户需自行配备冷却水系统；
7、确定送风式结构型式
1）送风式适用于中、小面积处理空间，机组内置高效风机，安装方便
2）顶送风方式适用于中、大处理空间，机组内置高静压风机，可直接接风管处理送风
3）管道直接送风适用于大面积处理空间，机组不内置风机，需由用户另配风机箱及送回风管集中处理送风；
8、有如下要求的用户订货时需提说明
1）需要计算机集中控制或远程监控
2）对机组外形有特殊尺寸要求
3）需要预留新风接入口
4）压缩机置于室外机；
