一、产品特点：
1、 制冷系统元件均采用品牌元件,盘管纯不锈钢材料水箱,具有持久稳定的制冷效果,温度控制精度为±1℃;
2、 带超高、低温度显示及信号输出保护,配置常开和常闭输出以供选择;
3、 冷冻水循环系统采用不锈钢泵,PVC材料连接,无锈蚀之忧,可直接使用纯净水或去离子水;
4、 配置出水压力显示表,方便调节压力及流量;
5、带流量保护装置,当水流量过少时自动断开激光机电源,防止激光头因缺水而过热;
6、采用自主开发,并由知名厂商OEM生产的电子温控,双位数字显示,有多种设定和故障显示功能,只需一键操作(开关键),其他均由记忆功能自动实现;
7、机器装有可移动脚轮,方便安装使用。
激光冰水机 介绍：
适用于以光纤激光器为激光工作介质的激光加工设备,包括激光打标、激光切割、激光焊接、激光打孔、激光划线等设备,制冷量从1.6KW至8.7KW。冷却机主要用于激光切割机。
二、售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
