低温冷水机功能特点：
1、压缩机采用欧美原装进口的活塞、涡旋压缩机，有谷轮、百福马，性能卓越，省电耐用；
2、膨胀阀、过滤器、高低压表、电磁阀、气液分离器、油分离器、压力控制器等制冷元件均采用如爱默生、丹佛斯等欧美、日本及台湾品牌,效率高，使用故障率低；
3、选用优质低温干式蒸发器和板式换热器，风冷冷凝器采用高效紫铜管串蜂窝铝片，传热性能好；效率高；
4、采用微电脑控制系统，自主开发，由知名厂商定做，带超高、低温度显示及信号输出保护；具备MODBUS485通讯协议远程控制。
5、电气部分采用施耐德、欧姆龙等国际品牌原厂产品，品质高，性能稳定，寿命长久；
6、机器装有错相逆相保护、压缩机过热和过载保护、水泵过载保护，防冻保护、高低压异常保护、流量保护装置,还装有异常报警蜂鸣器及故障指示灯警示，回路能自动切断，安全可靠。
产品简述：风冷式低温冷水机制冷温度控温范围-50℃~25 ℃。
售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
