一、热回收型螺杆式冷水机产品优势：
本公司有长期固定的知名供应商，采购配件成本底于同行且品质有保障。热回收型螺杆式冷水机之主要部件－－壳管式冷凝器、蒸发器系统、电控系统青金制冷本公司自主研发生产；所有产品整机一年内都免费上门维修，上门指导安装，长期维护保养。
利用热回收器将制冷过程中高压高温的冷媒蒸气与水进行热交换产生的热量给予回收，为客户提供冷冻水的同时，还可以供应大量的热水，可作生活用水或工业加工用途，通常的工况下，可回收热量为制冷量的30~70%，热水高温度可达65℃，热量回收时，还可将机组的制冷效率提高3~5%，机组广泛应用于洒店、医院、商场、工厂等场所.
二、具有以下特点：
1、节能环保，依靠机组制冷时产生的余热制取热水，节能又无污染安全；
2、可以取代锅炉、电加热器等有安全隐患的装置；
3、节约成本，零成本无费用；
4、智能全自动微电脑控制，无需人工监控，可实现远程或集中管理，节省运行成本。
三、售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
