风冷螺杆式水机产品特点
1、采用低转速散热风机，排热顺畅，从而把噪音降低，机组振动小，安装简单，适用于水源比较缺乏的地区，无需装水塔
2、机组可根据负荷的需求，实现智能化程序控制，节省能耗，采用全触屏人机界面，准确控温。机组采用分或无能量控制，实现高能效比。
3、 机组采用原装品牌风冷半封闭螺杆式压缩机，运行可靠，效率高，维护容易，精确的容量控制，应用范围广，系统采用新型非对称转子齿形，内建压差式供油润滑系统，低振动，低噪音，高密封性能。
4、保护装置齐全：压缩机防频繁启动、过电流继电保护、压缩机电机过热保护、防冻结保护、视液镜、油加热保护、压缩机相位保护、高/低压保护、排气高温保护、安全阀、易溶塞、断流保护等

售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
