冷风机产品功能及用途：
门为夏天高温作业而设计的一款低温气冷式的制冷机，具有外表美观,体积小,性能优异,质量稳定,价格合理等优势,青金制冷牌风冷式工业冷风机具有上吹风和下吹风两种机型(具体出风口位置可根据用户要求以及用户使用的具体要求产品而定),处理风量从200m3/h~10000m3/h,风压达到200-2000pa,出风温度3-30℃,大风量风速基本上可以满足各类机型的要求.
冷风机产品特点：
1.主机采用欧美日进口品牌牌压缩机,运行稳定,效率高,噪音低。
2.优质风机,低噪音,可保证风量和压头,风机轴承采用锂基润滑油,常规长期运行不用添加润滑油.
3.散热冷排由翅片加上行列铜管组成，制造时采用二次翻边翅片机械涨管工艺和先进换热器生产线，保证优质稳定。
4.合理布局与配置,可根据用户的要求进行改型设计,提供不同性能指标的产品.
售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
