一、产品介绍：
青金制冷QX系列是一款大中小型设备配套制冷设备，该系列冷水机是门针对目一体式大功率工业冷水机散热全部排放于室内、噪音过大、人体舒适度差、震动影响其他设备正常工作的现状，开发设计的一款分体式冷水机。用于配套科学研究、物理测试、船舶行业、桥梁作业、工业、食品、药品设备、印刷、激光、塑胶行业、真空镀膜机、离子镀膜机、真空炉、工业炉等发热量较大的设备。
该系列制冷量大、控制精度高、水质纯净，而且噪音小、操作舒适、室内占地面积小等，大量应用于各种工业环境及大型实验室。
该系列水泵、水箱、水管接口、离子过滤等配置灵活，能满足各种客户的需求。
二、主要特点：
1、可选PLC智能温控器，控温精度到±1℃；
2、制冷量大，其中5～400KW制冷量的机型可选；
3、出水压力大，可用于对出水压力需求比较高的客户；
4、选配远程光电报XX系统，设备运行更加安全；
5、制冷系统高低压监测，便于用户了解系统运行情况；
6、自带压缩机过热保护、过流保护、高低压力保护、相序/缺相保护、排气过热保护。
售后服务
1、整机出厂后免费保修12个月（人为破坏及不可抗拒力所造成的损害除外），在此期间，维修所产生的费用一律由我司承担，终身维护和保养。
2、机组在使用操作过程中出现问题后及时联系，公司承诺接到报修电话后半小时响应，如果是简单故障公司远程指导处理，客户解决不了的情况下，市区内客户4小时到达现场处理；省内客户在接到客户维修通知后12小时到达现场维修；国内客户在48小时内到达现场处理。
3、对我司出厂的每台机组，会定期做回访（每年至少两次），有门的客服人员做质量和服务跟踪。
4、设备在正常的保修期满后需更换零配件，我司承诺一律以成本价提供。
5、免费提供售、售后技术支持、设备的现场安装指导、设备的运行调试、操作人员培训及设备定期保养指导。
6、我司仓库配有大量的各类零部件，并在全国各大城市设有办事处，保证售后服务的畅通和高效，争分夺，为客户赢得时间，确保正常使用。
7、在保修期内，经查证若为用户原因于操作使用不当或自行拆解改装所造成之人为损坏，不在以上保修期范围内。
