工作原理：利用水的微弱导电性原理，使用处理器芯片做为控制器，通过测量电极获取水位数据，经CPU数字编码、分度、采样、数字化处理后进行传输，然后采用有线或无线的通讯技术，将水位数据发送至监控中心或软件，发挥水位实时监测和预警的作用。
