二、Reaction characteristics：

AF 405 Tomato lectin 是一种基于番茄凝集素（Tomato Lectin）开发的荧光标记试剂，其核心是利用 AF 405 荧光染料（Alexa Fluor 405）对番茄凝集素进行特异性标记。番茄凝集素提取自番茄（Lycopersicon esculentum），是一种糖结合蛋白，能够特异性识别并结合糖链结构（如 N-乙酰葡萄糖胺等）。

相较于传统的一些荧光素（如 DAPI），Alexa Fluor 405 Tomato lectin 在长时间光照下，荧光更不易发生淬灭现象。这使得在进行长时间的荧光观察或成像实验时，能保持稳定且持续的荧光信号，利于对实验样本进行长时间动态监测。

It is sensitive to light ａnd temperature. In order to use the reagent effectively, the material should always be kept in a low temperature dry condition, away from light, ａnd avoid frequent thawing ａnd freezing.

Store at - 20 ℃ as much as possible. If conditions permit, the material can be treated under inert gas to obtain better stability of the reagent.
