Cy7-Wheat Germ Agglutinin（Cy7-WGA）是一种将近红外荧光染料Cy7与麦胚凝集素（Wheat Germ Agglutinin，WGA）结合形成的荧光标记物。Cy7 WGA适用于深层组织成像，因为近红外光具有较好的组织穿透能力，可以减少背景荧光干扰，同时Cy7 WGA具有较高的摩尔消光系数和量子产率值，保证了其在成像过程中的良好的灵敏度和对比度。

Cy7是一种近红外花青素荧光染料，其激发波长约745 nm，发射波长约775 nm，属于菁染料家族，由两个吡咯啉环通过一个双键连接，形成刚性的分子框架，具有较强的荧光发射特性。WGA是一种植物源性的凝集素，主要从小麦胚芽中提取，对N-乙酰葡萄糖胺和唾液酸等糖基具有良好亲和力，它可以特异性地结合到细胞表面的糖蛋白和糖脂上。
