TCO-Amine is a simple building block containing a TCO moiety ａnd a free amine. This reagent can be used to derivatize carboxyl groups or activated esters (e.g. NHS esters) with the TCO moiety through a stable amide bond in the presence of of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC). The low mass weight will add minimal spacer to modified molecules.

TCO - Amine in the form of special formula of HCI salt (crystallization) provides easy to handle ａnd extend shelf life. TCO amine is part contains the TCO ａnd free amine JaneSingle building blocks. The reagent can be used in the presence of activator (such as EDC or (DCC) through stability under the condition of amide bond ａnd TCO partial derivative carboxyl or activationEster (such as the NHS ester).
