氨基PEG羧基（NH2-PEG-COOH）是异双功能PEG衍生物之一，异双功能的氨基PEG羧基具有一个胺基和一个由PEG偶联的羧基。该PEG分子可以与胺和羧基反应性官能团反应，修饰蛋白质，肽和其他材料。聚乙二醇化可以增加溶解度和稳定性，并降低肽和蛋白质的免疫原性。它还可以抑制带电分子与改性表面的非特异性结合。

Amino PEG carboxyl group (NH2 - PEG - -cooh) group is one of the double function of PEG derivatives, different amino PEG carboxyl has a dual function of amine ａnd a PEG coupling of carboxyl. The PEG molecules can react with amino ａnd carboxyl reactive functional groups, modify proteins, peptides ａnd other materials. Polyethylene glycol (peg) can increase the solubility ａnd stability, ａnd reduce the immunogenicity of peptides ａnd proteins. It can also inhibit non-specific combination of charged molecules ａnd surface modification.
