用途：

QXB 型离心式潜水曝气机用于污水处理厂曝气池、曝气沉砂池，对污水污泥的混合液进行充氧及混合，以及对污水进行生化处理或养殖塘增氧。原理：QXB 型离心式潜水曝气机为直联式结构。旋转的叶轮在水中产生一个离心力，通过离心力在叶轮周围形成一个负压区，空气通过进气管被吸入，被吸入的空气和水在混合盘内混合，随后这种良好的均匀的混合物自动从排出口四周喷出。此过程包括以下几个方面：混合盘中的空气与水混合产生气液混合效应，出口排出的气液混合液形成循环和对流；大量空气分子中的氧气高速运动可以获得较好的氧气吸收效率。特点：1 较好的氧气溶解率，微小气泡所占比率大，充氧效率高且充氧面积宽；2 池中无死区，夹带气泡的水平曝气流能完 全冲刷池底的每个角落；3 结构简单、紧凑、机组寿命长，能承受大负荷的轴承，采用油浴的转轴密封和吸入叶轮腔的空气防止工作时水与密封件接触，这些都曝气机在 24 小时连续工作，无故障运行；

使用说明：

在潜水曝气机起动之，应由一名合格的电工对该系统进行检查，确保采取下述各项所要求的电器保护措施。

潜水曝气机在运行，应用0-500V兆欧表检查电机定子绕组对绝缘电阻，低不得低于1兆欧。电源电压一定要在铭牌上标出的额定电压5℅的范围内,电源电压升高值不允许超过额定电压的10℅,如果电源离潜水曝气机使用的地方距离较远时,电缆的截面积应当加粗,接头应尽可能减少些,否则会使用电压下降得太多,且接头处应密封防水。四芯电缆中,带有接地符号的为地线,一般为黄绿线,为全,必须将地线接牢并比其它线长出50ｍｍ４、检查叶轮旋转方向。

使用三相电源的潜水曝气机，在潜水曝气机初次启动或每次重新安装后都应检查转动方向，转动方向不正确，会降低效率，并损坏水泵。

检查方法为：潜水曝气机在終安装，从底部向上看潜水曝气机的吸水口，叶轮按逆时针方向旋转。如果几台潜水暴气机连到一个控制器上，各台暴气机必须单独进行检查。如果旋转方向不正确可以交换控制器上三相线中的任意两条线的位置，就能改变转动方向
