水质改善解层曝气机快速增氧

工作原理

解层式太阳能曝气机是以太阳能作为设备运转的直接动力，设置旋切提拉曝气叶轮，通过叶轮旋转提升作用，将底部缺氧水转移到水体表面与表层富氧水混合；表层富含水通过离心旋转横向水平扩散、纵向进入底层缺氧区。由此实现水体解层、增氧和纵横向循环交换三重功效，将表层超饱和溶解氧水转移到水体底层，增加底层水体溶解氧，消除自然分层，提高水体自净能力。

产品功能

上下交换混合复氧：解层过程是一个混合复氧过程，将表层富含溶解氧水转移到底层，提高底层水体溶解氧含量，预防水体因缺氧而腐化变质，并防止硫化物、胺类等化学物质散发，促进底层水体生化净水效果，同时水底富氧防止磷的厌氧释放，悬浮泥可有效吸附溶解性磷化物。

激发环境自净能力：底部水体在温度提升和溶解氧增加情况下，对底部沉积的动物排泄物、有机淤泥和腐烂藻类等有害物质进行分解，改善底质，激活底泥生态功能，提高水体自净能力。
强力循环制造活水：活水是湖泊第二次生命，解层曝气形成强大的主水流和感应流，能有效打破温跃层形成的自然滞水带，使整个水体形成循环活水流。

快速抑制消除水华：通过解层方式消除水体中溶解氧、温度和盐度的分层，稳定水质。表层高浓度含藻水转移到底部，在低温、无光条件下受到抑制，表层藻类迅速减少，部分被底层浮游生物摄食而消除，可快速消除水华并防止再次发生。

污染物资源化利用：表层水体中高浓度的藻类，转移到水体底层后部分成为鱼类、贝类的饵料。
提高观感改善生态：短期内降低生化需氧量（BOD), 减少水中固体悬浮物（TSS)，提高水体能见度，去除异味和降解水体底部淤泥。同时可防止鱼类季节性死亡并抑制有害水生杂草生长。

太阳能解层曝气机由光伏板组件、蓄电池组、表面曝气机，浮体、支架等主要部件组成，光伏带动表面曝气机叶轮运转，旋转的叶轮搅拌水体，形成水花和水膜，扩大水和空气的接触面，使氧气和表层的有有氧物质及藻类快速融入水底，使表层和低层水质快速互换，排除水底废气，已维持水体生态平衡。
