QRJ型井用潜水泵是通过国外的水力模型和新的结构设计的产品，采用多项优良工艺，全部按照美国水力协会标准生产制造，达到了国内当代水平，全系列井用潜水泵被均为节能型产品。

性能特点
1、选用优良的水力模型和结构设计，采用亚什兰工艺制芯、叶片流道部位涂复、火焰校直叶轮轴、CNC机床加工各种零件等多种新工艺， 选材合理，产品性能优良，使用寿命长。

2、效率高，比国内QJ系列水泵效率高2～8%，效率曲线平坦，区域宽，工作范围增加10～20%，产品节能效果明显。

3、对含砂量大的井，可采用防砂结构和装置。

4、叶轮轴径向跳动控制在美国标准0.13mm以内，并由铜轴承支承，水泵运行平稳。

5、特制防水橡套电缆。

6、可配国外的高轴向力型和耐温型不锈钢潜水电机。

适用范围

Q≤2200m3/h，H≤420m，抽送清水或物理化学性质类似水的液体，水质中性，PH=6.5～8.5;氯离子含量≤400mg/L，介质温度≤75℃.

QJ型潜水泵由多离心式叶轮分段串联组成。泵间由扁拉筋或螺栓连接，每段之间由橡胶（或铜）轴承支撑，泵的顶端没有逆止阀。YQS型潜水电机为密闭充水式三相异步电机，绕组采用耐水连续密封结构，导轴承和推力轴承均为水润滑轴承；电机上部安装有防砂机构，阻止泥沙进入电机内控。
