产品原理

通过潜水泵产生的水流经过喷嘴形成高速水流，在喷嘴周围形成负压吸入空气，经混合室与水流混合，在喇叭形的扩散管内产生水气混合流，高速喷射而出，夹带许多气泡的水流在较大面积和深度的水域内涡旋搅拌，完成曝气，并且其轴功率不随潜没深度的变化而变化，进气量可以调节。正因为如此，射流式曝气机可以在水位变化较大的池中应用。

由于水流喷射 强，造成有效的水流循环，使空气被剪切成大量的微小气泡。大提高了其表面积，且由于气泡上升缓慢使空气中大量的氧溶于水中，使得该机动力效率优于其它种类的曝气机。

该曝气机由潜水电泵与喷射泵组成，从而使水体搅动与充氧同时进行，既可获得较高的氧气吸收率，又具有叶轮无堵塞优点。

强有力的单向液流，造成有效的对流循环，且电机负荷随水位的变化很小，安装简单。

结构特点

1、采用引进瑞典飞力潜水电封技术的水下电机；

2、叶轮与电机直联，结构简单，效率高，寿命长；

3、可加网状进水口，避免异物进入机体引起不必要的破坏；

4、可通过进气阀调节进气量；

5、除电机外，其它部件材质有不锈钢、碳钢和铸铁供选择。

选型与安装：

需本公司协助选型时，用户应提供池型、介质特性、所需进气量、潜水深度等相关数据，以便本公司设计和提供设备，更好地满足用户的需求。QSB型深水自吸式潜水射流曝气机的安装形式有自耦式和移动式两种。自耦式安装是将曝气装置和用的底座固定在水池底部，在池顶安装好配套的支撑块，用导轨使两者相连，潜水电泵与特定支架联接好后沿导轨下滑到底座出口位置，通过泵自重，自动耦合并密封。自耦式安装无需安装或维修人员进入水坑即可提升和安装电泵。移动式安装方式是将深水自吸式潜水射流曝气机安装于池底部，依靠自重定位，具有安装位置可变动、灵活、成本低等特点。
