工作原理

QXB型离心曝气机采用电机和叶轮直接传动，利用叶轮旋转所产生的离心力排开周围水形成低压区吸入水流同时，在叶轮进口处制造真空而吸入空气，在混气室中气与水充分混合形成均匀的气水混合液，在离心力作用下快速排出。由于水流喷射强，造成有效的水流循环，使空气被剪切成大量的微小气泡。大提高了其表面积，且由于气泡上升缓慢使空气中大量的氧溶于水中，使得该机动力效率优于其它种类的曝气机。

构造及工程过程：
潜水曝气机由潜污泵、混合室、底座、进气管和消音器组成；进气管上端为空气吸入口，位于水面之上，下端与混合室联通，接通电源后由于叶轮旋转，高速水流从叶轮出口流出，经混合室形成负压，因而空气被吸入并与污水混合，混合液从出口流出，完成对污水的充氧。

结构特点

2、叶轮与电机直联，结构简单，效率高，寿命长；

3、可加网状进水口，避免异物进入机体引起不必要的破坏；

4、可通过进气阀调节进气量；
