产品功能

RJC型系列冷热水长轴深井泵。RJC型系列水泵为我公司通过国外优 质的水力模型和新型结构设计的产品，并采用多项优良工艺，是按照美国水力协会标准生产制造，达到了当代优良水平，全系列长轴深井泵均为节能型产品。

应用范围

水厂、水电站（检修、渗漏用泵等）、火电厂（工业、生活、消防用泵等）、钢铁厂（铁皮坑用泵等）、农业灌溉、消防、市政等行业。
Q≤2400m³/h，H≤250m。

长轴深井泵内部结构

1．电机：深井泵用电机（YLB型），或实心轴电机。

2．调整螺母：调节叶轮轴向串量。

3．泵座：承受重载荷，较方便安装填料箱。

4．预润丝堵：启动，通过该处注入清洁水。

5．进水法兰：联接螺纹管或法兰管。

6．上短管：能直接旋入进水法兰。

7．上壳轴承：铜轴承。

8．出水壳：具有螺纹和法兰联接两种型。材料为：HT200。

9．叶轮轴：2Cr13不锈钢或45#优 质碳钢（表面镀铬）。

10．中壳：流道光滑，减少摩擦阻力，提高 效率。材料为HT200.

11．叶轮：与中壳配合设计，高 效，工作运行范围宽广，并进行精密的校平衡，以保证运行平稳。材料为：HT200或硅黄铜。

12．中壳轴承：铜轴承或耐磨橡胶轴承。工作可靠，寿命长。

13．锥套：把叶轮可靠地固定在叶轮轴上。材料为：35#碳钢。

14．防砂环:保护下壳轴承，防止砂粒积聚。材料为：硅黄铜。

15．下壳轴承：铜轴承，油脂填充，长期无故障运行。材料为：硅黄铜。

16．下壳：将滤水管中的液体以较小的损失均匀地引向叶轮。材料为：HT200.

17．滤水管/滤水网：滤水管长度适宜，以达较好进水状态。滤水网则能防止大颗粒进入。

18．传动轴：高强度碳钢（35#或45#），轴承位置处表面镀铬。根据要求，亦可提供不锈钢材质。

19．轴承支架：材质：HT200.根据需要材质可为球铁QT450或不锈钢。

20．支架轴承：材质为耐磨橡胶。结构带水槽设计，使得砂粒被快速冲走。

21．扬水管，联管器：扬水管两端车有螺纹，方便安装，定位准确。同时还可提供法兰联接扬水管。

22．水箱：（选配件）以提供充足的润滑液体。

23．导管：将扬水管内的液体与导管内的润滑液体分隔开。

24．导管连接器：连接导管和工作部件。

25．橡胶密封件:防止工作部件中的液体进入管内部。

26．连管支撑器：联接导管，支撑传动轴。

27．支撑架：在扬水管内管支撑导管。机。
