PELY涌浪式表面曝气机是由浮筒，潜水电机，机架，叶轮等组成，主要用于河道解层曝气。

PELY立式倒伞表曝机由电动机、插入补偿式联轴器、平行立轴式减速箱、双轴向承力传动装置、叶轮升降装置、泵吸式倒伞叶轮等组成。旋转叶轮将底部污水及污泥沿叶轮倒锥螺旋状提升，上升的污水挟带周边水体从叶轮边缘甩出，形成水跃并裹进大量空气实现充氧曝气。并将池底层含氧少的混合液向上提升环流、更新，同时在叶轮旋转的推动和提升作用下，推动水流在氧化沟内以＞0.3m/s的水速呈螺旋形的状态向环流，使沟内活性污泥混合液保持悬浮状态，达到充氧的目的。倒伞复合叶轮表面曝气机为垂直轴低速表面曝气设备。主要用于城市生活污水和工业废水治理的卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺。

产品用途

立式表曝机用于河道解层，水体充氧，混合搅拌，上下水循环。污水处理厂曝气池充氧，并使污水与活性污泥充分混合，使活性污泥呈悬浮状态。还可用于预曝气、曝气沉砂、曝气浮选等构筑物。

设计建议（1）普通曝气池
圆形池：叶轮直径与曝气池直径之比为1∶4.5～7。

方形池：叶轮直径与池边长之比为1∶4～7。

水深原则上应小于叶轮直径的1.5倍，完全混合型曝气池所需功率密度一般不宜小于25W/m3。（2） 氧化沟
沟宽约为叶轮直径的2.2～2.4倍，，工作水深约为沟宽的0.5倍。氧化沟功率密度应不小于15-25W/m3，合适功率为15W/m3。氧化沟内不宜设置立柱。如需设置，立柱至叶轮边缘的距离应大于叶轮直径，且为圆柱。氧化沟中间隔墙至叶轮边缘间距以0.04～0.08倍叶轮直径为宜。曝气机处如未设置导流墙，倒伞叶轮的中心距应向出水方向偏0.08～0.1倍叶轮间距为宜，曝气机工作平台下梁底面距设计水面距离应大于800mm。
