如克冷热水长轴深井泵为我公司通过水力模型和新型结构设计的产品，并采用多项工艺，是按照水力协会标准生产制造，全系列长轴深井泵均为节能型产品。

产品特点

1、选用水力模型和结构设计，采用亚什兰工艺制芯、叶片流道部位环氧涂复等多种新工艺，选材合理，产 品性能，使用寿命长。
2、水泵效率高，比 J、JD、JC 型水泵高 2～8%， 效率曲线平缓，区域宽广，工作范围增加 10～20%，节能。
3、采用甩砂泵装置，迷宫式结构使砂粒无法进入轴承。
4、叶轮轴、电机轴均采用铜轴承支承，轴的径向跳动 控制在 0.13mm 以内，泵运行平稳，噪声低。
5、泵座造型美观，窗口大，便于维修、更换填料。
6、与同流量水泵相比，工作部件外径小 1 英寸左右，可明显节省用户的成井费用以及适合老井用泵的更新改造。
7、可采用油润滑的闭式传动系统的结构设计；以及可选用球墨铸铁，ASTM304、316、416 等各种牌号的不锈钢材料，以满足用户的各种使用工况和技术要求。

适用范围

水厂、水电站（检修、渗漏用泵等）、火电厂（工业、 生活、消防用泵等）、钢铁厂（铁皮坑用泵等）、农业灌溉、 消防、市政等行业。
Q≤2400m³/h，H≤250m。

产品特点
1、电机：深井泵用电机（YLB型），或实心轴电机。
2、调整螺母：调节叶轮轴向串量。
3、泵座：承受重载荷，较方便安装填料箱。
4、预润丝堵：启动，通过该处注入清洁水。
5、进水法兰：联接螺纹管或法兰管。
6、上短管：能直接旋入进水法兰。
7、上壳轴承：铜轴承。
8、出水壳：具有螺纹和法兰联接两种型。材料为：HT200
9、叶轮轴：2Cr13 不锈钢或 45#碳钢（表面镀铬）。
10、中壳：流道光滑，减少摩擦阻力，提高工作效率。材料为 HT200.
11、叶轮：与中壳配合设计，工作运行范围宽广，并进行精密的校平衡，以保证运行平稳。材料为：HT200 或硅黄铜。
12、中壳轴承：铜轴承或耐磨橡胶轴承。工作可靠，寿命长。
13、锥套：把叶轮可靠地固定在叶轮轴上。材料为：35# 碳钢。
14、防砂环:保护下壳轴承，防止砂粒积聚。材料为：硅黄铜。
15、下壳轴承：铜轴承，油脂填充，长期无故障运行。材料为：硅黄铜。
16、下壳：将滤水管中的液体以较小的损失均匀地引向叶轮。材料为：HT200.
17、滤水管/滤水网：滤水管长度适宜，以达较好进水状态。滤水网则能防止大颗粒进入。
18、传动轴：高强度碳钢（35#或 45#），轴承位置处表面镀铬。根据要求，亦可提供不锈钢材质。
19、轴承支架：材质：HT200.根据需要材质可为球铁QT450或不锈钢。
20、支架轴承：材质为耐磨橡胶。结构带水槽设计，使得砂粒被快速冲走。
21、扬水管，联管器：扬水管两端车有螺纹，方便安装，定位准确。同时还可提供法兰联接扬水管。
22、水箱：（选配件）以提供充足的润滑液体。
23、导管：将扬水管内的液体与导管内的润滑液体分隔开
24、导管连接器：连接导管和工作部件。
25、橡胶密封件:防止工作部件中的液体进入管内部。
26、连管支撑器：联接导管，支撑传动轴。
27、支撑架：在扬水管内管支撑导管。
