产品简介
如克螺旋式搅拌曝气机污水曝气机,沉水式曝气机,污水充氧可广泛应用于印染、化工、石油、制革、医药、食品、造纸、纺织等行业中的废水处理和城市生活污水处理中。
工作原理
设备运行时，旋转的叶轮在它的周围区域形成了一个较强的负压区，从而将空气吸入，吸入的空气被高速成旋转的液体强烈剪切、粉碎、乳化，气泡直径迅速减小，促使氧分子从气相迅速、 充分地扩散到液相中去，实现较佳水气合成，同时水、气在动力推动下向推进，使水、气进一步熔解，达到曝气和推流的目的。
性能特点
- 结构紧凑，占地面积小， ；
- 具有一机两用功能，既可作曝气用，也可作搅拌
- 可根据溶解氧自动控制运行，便于实现自动控制。
构造及工作过程
螺旋式曝气搅拌两用机，如图所示，主要由电动机、支架、联轴器导流筒、螺旋叶片及主轴等组成。螺旋叶片分上下两组, 上组螺旋叶片置于水面之上，下组螺旋叶片置于水面之下。
曝气时（设为正转），在下组螺旋叶片的强力旋转作用下，水从导流筒底部进入 组螺旋叶片，在上组螺旋叶片的强力旋转作用下，水呈幕状自导流筒上部边缘甩出，形成水跃，裹进大量空气，使空气中的氧分子迅速溶于污水中，同时由于污水上、下循环，不断更新液面，使污水大面积与空气接触，进而有效地吸氧，对污水进行生化和氧化作用，完成对污水的充氧。
搅拌时（设为反转），此时主轴旋转方向与曝气时相反，在下组螺旋叶片的强力旋转作用下，水在池中产生循环流动，而上组螺旋叶片只空转而不起作用。
产品的工作条件决定产品的使用性能和使用寿命，本产品适用水温为 0°C~45°C，适用液体 PH 值为 5~9.0。
注意事项
- 紧固螺栓：紧固所有 的螺栓。
- 检查螺旋浆：检查螺旋浆上的裂痕或严重磨损，需要的话维修或更换换掉（一年检查一次）。
- 水润滑轴承间隙的检查：安装使用一年后检查一次以后每半年检查一次，间隙大于 3mm 时及时更换聚醚套。
- 热带盐水条件下，漂浮安装的曝气机维护：盐水浸没的不锈钢浮体，需要特别维护，每年情侣并重新安装。每次拖出水面时或每三年替换一次漂浮附件
- 可进行系统自动控制：实时动态检测曝气池运行参数及设备运行状态，程序控制相关设备的运行，实现工艺进程的自动化。
